The 5th Practical Nigerian Content Forum (PNC) welcomed over 350 government and industry representatives during the conference and the Site Visit to the Onne Oil & Gas Free Zone hosted by Orlean Invest and Intels.

The discussions over the two conference days conveyed the milestones reached in domestic capacity building and in-country wealth retention. It was also highlighted by the Executive Secretary of the NCDMB, Mr Kentebe, as well as many industry representatives that the progress made in Nigerian Content development should and will be sustained in spite of the current economic climate.


PNC 2015 Highlights Included:

  •  Interview with the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board provided delegates with an insight into the key priorities of the Board in developing Nigerian Content over the next 3-5 years
  • The new Nigerian Content Consultative Forum Round Table Discussions for the first time, provided delegates with an opportunity to discuss the challenges that remain in NC compliance and put forward recommendations to remove barriers and support Nigerian Content growth
  • Pioneered by Intels and the Orlean Invest, the developmental strides in Onne has culminated to the following, among others:
