2019 Site Visit: MG VOWGAS

Delegates will have the opportunity to visit MG VOWGAS and experience Nigerian Content in action. MGV is a wholly Nigerian company with an international outlook. MGV was incorporated in 2006 with the purpose of providing services ranging from Engineering Procurement Installation, Construction, Pipeline Turnkey services and Marine services.


2018 Site Visit: Nestoil

We are delighted to announce that the 2018 PNC Site Visit will be hosted by Nestoil. On the 6th December delegates will have the opportunity to witness Nigerian Content in action at this 59 hectare facility including a fabrication workshop, pressure vessel manufacturing facility and jetty.


2017 Site Visit: Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited

Mobile Producing Nigeria Unlimited showcased their training facility in Eket, Akwa Ibom, at the PNC 2017 Site Visit. Delegates were able to witness Nigerian Content development a world class technical training centre developing human capital for the industry first hand.


PNC SCC Pipe Mill 2016

In 2016 delegates got the chance to see Nigerian Content in action at the SCC Pipe Mill om Bwari, FCT. The Pipe Mill satisfies 10% of the nation’s oil and gas pipe demand and does a great job at diversifying the economy of the country through manufacturing.


PNC Site Visit 2014

Delegates at 2014’s Practical Nigerian Content Forum had the opportunity to visit the NCDMB’s Polaku pipe mill which provided them with the opportunity to experience Nigerian Content in action.

With Nigeria’s first commercial oilfield commencing production in 1957, Bayelsa state has a proud history in the nation’s oil and gas industry. Now producing over 30% of Nigeria’s oil and gas, infrastructure development has continued in earnest to increase local manufacturing capacity and boost Bayelsa’s economic growth.

Early in 2013, the NCDMB purchased 10.2 hectares in the Polaku region of Bayelsa for the development of a steel pipe mill to further drive Nigerian Content growth and create opportunities for local communities in the home of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.


PNC Ogbele Field 2012

At Niger Delta Exploration and Production’s Ogbele oilfield, delegates witness Nigerian Content achievements in the upstream sector and how the five surrounding communities were engaged and participate in NDPR’s oil and gas operations.


PNC Onne Oil & Gas Free Zone 2011

Situated in the heart of the Niger Delta, the Onne Oil & Gas Free Zone is the only free zone in the world dedicated solely to the oil and gas industry. In 2011, delegates had the chance to explore the Oreal Invest facilities – a major success story for Nigeria in supporting the creation of a great number of local jobs.
